01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Legend99 ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by Legend99 at legend99.my.

By accessing or using the Legend99 platform in any way — whether by registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing slots, or simply browsing our website — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the Legend99 platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account, if applicable.

02Member Eligibility

To register and use Legend99's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be of age 18 years and above at the time of registration. Legend99 does not permit any individual under the legal age to register for or use our platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
• You are not permitted to register if you have voluntarily self-excluded or are otherwise prohibited from using online betting services for any reason.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Legend99 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

03Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at Legend99. Owning more than one account — whether under a different name, phone number, email address, or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and funds withheld.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, Malaysian phone number, and active email address.
• Create a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential. Legend99 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Notify Legend99 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed or used by an unauthorised party.
• Complete the identity verification (KYC) process when requested, including submitting a copy of your MyKad or other valid identification document.

Legend99 reserves the right to decline any individual's registration without providing a reason. All information you provide during registration is subject to our Privacy Policy.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Legend99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a range of secure and convenient local payment methods for the benefit of members across Malaysia.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• DuitNow (real-time transfer)
• FPX Online Banking — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay

The minimum deposit is RM 10 and maximum deposit limits depending on your chosen payment method. All deposits are processed automatically and funds will be credited to your Legend99 account in under 5 minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Members must verify their payment method and identity before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the selected method and the time the request is submitted.
• Legend99 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal.

05Bonus & Promotions

Legend99 offers a variety of exciting bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus of up to RM 500, 5% daily cashback, weekend reload bonuses, and an exclusive VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Legend99 reserves the right to void any bonus awarded if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies intended to exploit promotions.
• The expiry period for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unused bonuses that are not utilised within the specified period will expire and cannot be reinstated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated by Legend99.

06Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the Legend99 platform — including Malaysia Super League, EPL, and La Liga football betting, BWF badminton betting, NBA basketball, MPL Malaysia esports, slots, and Live Casino — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Legend99 system are final and cannot be cancelled by the member.
• In the event of a technical disruption while a bet is being placed, Legend99 reserves the right to void or confirm the bet based on the outcome of an internal investigation.
• Odds displayed are accurate at the time a bet is placed. Legend99 reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a match or game outcome, Legend99 reserves the right to withhold payment until the official result is confirmed by the relevant authority.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, match, and market. These limits will be displayed on the Legend99 betting interface.
• Any bets placed using funds derived from unlawful activity will be voided in full.

07Prohibitions & Restrictions

As a Legend99 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Registering or using more than one account for any purpose.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or interact with the Legend99 platform without authorisation.
• Transferring, selling, or sharing your Legend99 account with any third party.
• Conducting any form of money laundering through the Legend99 platform.
• Using false information or another person's identity during registration or transactions.
• Attempting to exploit any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities within the Legend99 platform.
• Engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
• Harassing or threatening other members or Legend99 staff in any form.

08Account Closure

Legend99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that is harmful to the platform or other members.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Legend99 support team. Before the closure is processed, all active bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach of these Terms, Legend99 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance until the investigation is concluded, and Legend99's decision in such matters is final.

09Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Legend99 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Legend99 platform.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or natural disasters.
• Losses incurred as a result of betting or game outcomes.
• Any loss of data or account information resulting from a member's failure to keep their password secure.
• Inaccuracies in odds or results displayed due to unforeseen technical errors.

Legend99 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or fully protected against all cybersecurity threats. We continuously work to ensure platform reliability, but we are unable to provide an absolute guarantee in this regard.

10Responsible Gaming

Legend99 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a burden or a harmful addiction. All Legend99 members are encouraged to set personal limits and play within their means.

Self-control tools available on Legend99 include:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that can be self-configured through your account settings.
• Loss limits and betting limits to help manage your spending.
• Session time reminders to prevent excessively long play sessions.
• Option for temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off period) or permanent exclusion.

11Amendments to Terms

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the Terms currently in effect.

Your continued use of the Legend99 platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team.
